Cause of Problem: Equipment Failure

The compressor recyclers did not respond quickly enough, so increased pressure in the pipeline caused the relief valve to pop, releasing hydrogen to the air.		The release was reported as being secured immediately, and 2.19 lbs. of hydrogen were released, which is below reportable quantity. The State Police Report indicates that a 7-day report was promised.
