xxxxxxxx		During severe rainfall and power loss associated with Hurricane Gustav, rainwater backed up from facility sumps and entered the plant ditches. Oil from sumps overflowed into the ditches. Booms and absorbents were used to contain the oil on site, but some reached the swamp area outside. Said they would remove soil with residue.
