140210 2012-06-05 | Transfer Hose | Cause: Driver did not secure the drain valve on the trailer and the release was from the transfer hose. Followup: No Notes: According to Mr. Brian Bonds with Nalco (product shipper), the product was immediately contained on a concrete slab and removed with absorbent pads by the customer.
